libtext-ocaml-dev software package provides library for dealing with sequences of Unicode characters, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtext-ocaml-dev
libtext-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtext-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtext-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libtext-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
